Another key ingredient to my marketing program is found in my personal relationships with top producing agents across Southern California. When launching a new property, I have a special e-mail list that I use to send out listings to these individuals. I have done transactions with many of the top producing agents in Los Angeles and they know my level of professionalism and integrity. These agents are typically running with the best and most qualified potential Buyers.

This marketing breakdown should give you a firm understanding on how I use all of the tools at my disposal to maximize the value of your most prized possession. With that said, words, photos and graphs will tell you only so much about me. Residential real estate is all about personal relationships. Above and beyond anything else, I feel that you must really like the agent who you are working with. I always make myself available to my clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Communication in a transaction is one my best skills, and what I ultimately feel separates me from my competitors.
